HAPPY LUNAR NEW YEAR!!!

I'm still up deciding on what to wear for the 1st day of the Chinese New Year. I have loads of things to do and it's 12:55am already!!! It's going to be a full-packed day today. Visiting everyone from my mom's side to my dad's side. All the foods and ang baos, haha.

My close friend read my blogger the other day and asked tons of questions about it, so I guess it's better to clear things up. She asked what freak thing could've happened to have made me so miserable. Well, it's a family thing. Financial problem. My dad assures me that everything's gonna be alright, but I'm not sure if he's just saying that. I actually wrote out everything about the problem, but decided that it's just between my family and I. But don't worry, my parents will be able to sort it out, they always do. When I start to work full-time, I'd repay them by sending them on a holiday or two. I'd send them to somewhere where there's a golf course and a winery. 'Coz my dad loves golf and my mom, yeap, you guessed it, loves wine. I think they'd appreaciate it. For now, all I can help them is by bucking up in my studies. Just hope the freaking banks don't give them a harder time.

I'm up and at it again. Feeling better. Got sick last week, ate something bad. Food poisoning from Saturday all the way thru this morning. I've ate alot of different kinds of foods this afternoon and so far my stomach has been fine. Hope it'll stay this way... Hate going through all that pain again, not a nice thing. Also, the other thing, the freak thing. It's resolved now, at least I think it is. But yea, everything's just fine and dandy.

Something freaky is happening in my life right now. Few people know. I can't say any specifics, but I'm really freaked out about it. Everything's just happening all at once, and it's hard to stay calm and think of ways to resolve the situations. So, if you see me in school and I seem down or quiet, just ignore me. Do not ask me any questions and do not joke around me. I'm just really...scared.

OMG!!!

I can't believe I met Avril Lavigne and her bandmates on the Heeren stage on Saturday!!! She was prettier than what I had expected though. She's really "stunning" in that sense. My friend and I were just at awe when we were standing right in front of her. She's really really pretty I tell you. She was just signing our cd booklets then she looked up and smiled. My gawd...guys would drool. Also, her bandmates are totally HOT. Talented and cute, the perfect combi. Evan was one that caught my eye. He was cuter than I had expected too. As his bandmate passed him my cd booklet, he looked at me for awhile, signed the booklet, gave it back to me, looked again, then smiled. I could've melted there and then. His eyes, wow. Avril's eyes were really nice too. All blue and cat-eye-ish. Her complexion is really good too. Smooth skin and all. She was pretty cool. After the autograph session, she jumped onto the table, raised her arm up high in the air and made a rock sign with her fingers. Totally awesome. Then after that, she jumped right off the table with her legs in the air on the side and landed on the stage. Amazing. I tell you, the hours of waiting was totally worth it. Plus, I watched her MTV Asia Awards performance and she rocked. Damn it, should've gone for her concert. Next time...

It's a Saturday morning, and I'm in SCHOOL!!!! What the???

I can't wait for later on though. I'm going to see AVRIL LAVIGNE!!! Heard her concert the other day was ultra cool. Great...and I missed it. I didn't go 'coz no one I knew wanted to pay a measley $50 to go for her concert. I mean, we could've been the pioneers of Singapore, being able to go to Avril's first concert in Singapore!!! Okay, that's lame to say, but true!!! Anyway, I'd be at Heeren later on waiting in line to get her autograph. Hope she's as nice as I think she is. I'm super excited!!!

Also, update on my love life. Something's going on, but I'm not sure if I should pour out my feelings on the internet. 'Coz it IS private and it's also between me and him. So yea, just to let you guys know that there is someone interested in me, and I maybe interested as well. I dunno, I'm just a little confused at some levels. It's complicated. Maybe when something does happen I'll let you guys know, if not, same way. Later~

Ohh Ohh Ohh... Forgot to tell you guys. GC's newest video is out!!! I downloaded it a few days ago and it kicks ass man. Okay, maybe I'm biased, but anything by GC is just awesome. Go watch the video now! It's "The Anthem" by Good Charlotte, the best band in the whole wide world! Can't wait for their next single and video!!!

The MTV Asia Awards is going to go on without me!!! Crap...I couldn't get tickets. But I so wanna go!!! Avril Lavigne will be there, Mike Shinoda from Linkin Park, Blue, etc. I wanna go!!! Hey people!

I'm in school now, what a drag. Haven't updated this for some time so I thought I'd do it now. Well, no big change in my life now. Still a drag so yea... I'm supposed to be paying attention in class right now, but the teacher's a little...erm...psycho. Okay..no no no...eccentric? Haha... I guess everyone's like that sometimes. But yea, he's extra "eccentric" at times. Okay, I'm talking crap right now. I'm just really bored in class ok???

Oh yea! I had my first Sports and Wellness class yesterday. I took up tennis. It was bloody fun mann. For a long time now, I've been trying to learn the art of tennis. I'm telling you, I'm really bad at it. Let me emphasize it again. I'm really BAD at it. My dad tried to teach me last time, and well, let' just say that usually people hit over the net. I'm a little too "powerful", I hit the ball over the fence. Yea..that really high fence surrounding the court. That's how bad I am. But yesterday's lesson was actually quite fruitful. I actually learned some basic techniques, which with much...no...ALOT of practise, I might be able to play a decent game someday. Well, I'll keep you updated in my tennis skills. Later~

When I heard that Potential Problem was going to play at Siloso beach on 8 Feb 2003 @ CRAVE, I was excited beyond excited for them! I mean, an actual gig, a paying gig, at Siloso beach, for CRAVE...Wow!!! My friend and I had everything planned. Afternoon, go to the beach to get a tan, then at night, PARTY!!! But here's the sad news. Due to circumstances, the 3 stage tents will be reduced to 2. Therefore, the performers line-up will be cut, meaning, fewer bands, meaning, bands getting cut, meaning PP's not playing!!! NOooo!!! So sad. This was supposed to be their big break!!! For them to gain more fan base. I mean, alot of people haven't heard of them, so they don't know what they're missing. Such a waste... Just hope the sponsors will change their minds about cutting bands and let PP perform. I'm telling you, after watching PP perform, you'll definitely wanna buy their cd. I would buy their cd, if they hadn't given it to me. Big pop-punk fans, you'd love them.

Gawd...

I'm in school right now waiting for my next class that starts at 3pm. The thing is...it's only 12pm!!! My last class ended at 10am, and I have 5 hours to waste. Okay, now 3 hours. It's not so bad now 'coz I do have things to do, like homework, and re-arranging my folders in my comp, etc. But I mean, what about next week? And the week after that?? I just hope my appeal to switch to an earlier class will be approved. Now it's all up to someone who may not even give a damn whether I wait 5 hours or 10 hours. Just hope he/she has some compassion for lil' poor ol' me. *Angelic smile* Yea right...

Okay, at some scenes he looked a little perverted though, but besides that, Justin looks absolutely gorgeous. He looked extra cute in the rain scenes, hood on and all. Sigh...to die for. His eyes are really nice too, so mysterious and alluring. *Go weak in the knees* Really. you HAVE to watch the video. Stop reading my blog and go download the video, NOW!!!

GC Rawks!!!

My gawd...know what??? They started to play GC on the radio!!! Like OH NO!!! Now all the posers will go and buy their cds!!! NOoooo!!! My favourite band, worshipped by posers!!! But know what a friend said to me the other day? "Just go find another band that noone has heard of." I can't believe he said that! I mean just 'coz GC may become really popular in Singapore, doesn't mean I shouldn't listen to them anymore. I mean, hey, they're a great band, with great songs. Why should I stop listening to my favourite band just 'coz it'll get popular with posers??? That will never stop me from buying more GC albums, never. I love GC too much. GC is my favouite band in the whole wide world. Nothing will ever stop me from buying their cds. Of course if their songs start to suck then that'll be an exception, but I doubt it'll ever happen. GC is just too good a band to go bad. GC all the way. Night GC rockers.

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!

Okay...I know it's a few days late but who cares right??? I've got a feeling this year is going to go great. Just a feeling. More school, more work, more lurve. Haha... For all we know, after rushing through last year 2002, 2003 will soon be over. Sad huh, how life just seems to go faster and faster the older we get. I guess it's our hectic schedules. The older we get, the busier we are. When we were younger, we never noticed the years going by this fast. We were all so carefree, playing 24-7. When a day ends, we already look forward to the next day. Sad how life is just like that.

I just found out that I might be in different classes from my previous semester. How crappy is that??? I mean, I have to start making new friends again. Start anew. Start the whole trusting new classmates again. I don't wanna change classes. I wanna hang with my 2 close classmates. 2 of which I've learnt to trush and turn to. Sucks... Poly life sucks. I know I just said that I've got a feeling this year would be great, I'm sure it will be. It's just troublesome to make new friends again. But still, I don't mind the exposure. More friends, more people to know. I guess it'll be alright after all. We'll see...
