I have a fringe now. Slightly. I just cut it just now. Spur of the moment kinda thing. I was bored.

Just took a clump of hair and chopped it off. Then layered it a little. No big diff, but it was just for amusement.

I hate it when my sister acts like a princess and my mom encourages it.

My mom does everything for her while my sis doesn't lift a finger. When my sis eats Corn Flakes out of the container (with her finger lickin' fingers), I ask her to get a bowl and pour the amount she wants into it. But nooo, her "royal highness" (not referring to Diana), doesn't want to wash the damn bowl after she's done, thus not getting the gawd-damn bowl. I tell my mom, but she doesn't help. Finally, my mom caves into my "nagging" and forwardly asks the brat to get the bowl. Still refusing to budge, my mom went and got it for her. Yea mom, that'll teach her. And after using the bowl, my sis just walks off and my mom washes it for her. Mind you, my sis is 11 this year.

And that's not the only thing my sister avoids. She manages to psycho my mom into thinking she's too incapable to wash the dishes or help wipe the table. Like just now, in fact, I made my sis wash 1/4 of the load of dishes. She whinned and complained, but she did it, 'coz my mom was too far to hear her plea *evil laugh*. My dad was right there, but he was on my side. So yea, she washed it. Hey! I'm teaching her responsibility here. She only did 4 dishes and 2 pairs of cutlery. I did 4 dishes, 1 cooking pot, 1 pot, the mugs, 1 pair of cutlery and I kept the leftovers. So after all MY washing duties, I wiped the table mats as well, then asked my sis to wipe the table. I already gotten all the scraps off, so just wiping the table is an easy task as it is. But nooo, the "princess" was watching tv. "When the commercial comes on..", she says. So I left the rag on the table for her. Then my mom comes and begins to wipe the table. I'm like, "Mom, what are you doing?? That's Alli's job. (Alli, short for Allison, is my sister's name)". "Neevvvermind laa! I'll do it!", says my mom.

My mom's really spoiling her. I hate it. I'm not jealous or anything, nononono. It's just that, I've been bugged by my parents to do the housework and stuff, and it's like my sister is incapable or something, 'coz she does none. All this household chores, on top of my school work, school tests, school exams, work, and any little trace of "social life" is taking up my time and leaving myself with none. I have to juggle all that into my schedule. Plus, now, my dad wants us to go to church every Sunday. Some sort of pay-back to God. But that's another story for another day.

My dad is another one. I don't know why, but these days he's been on my back abt housework. Like, he doesn't see all the effort I'm putting in, doing well in my studies (well, I passed all but 1), doing my school work (I even stayed back in school on 2 days to catch up on my work) and going to work on weekends. It's like, I'm the only of of the three (I have 2 other siblings), who's doing anything with our "situation". What I mean is.. I work, yes, 'coz I don't want to ask my dad for money for clothes or movies or clubbing (btw, I cut down on all of that). My dad, is not doing well financially. So that's why I'm still working.

Like I said, I don't get it. Why am I the one with all this responsibilities? My brother has none, my sis has none. Only me. So, am I being unfair to say I'm treated unfairly in this family? Am I?

I'm annoyed by people with the lack of common decency to respect other people's personal space.

This morning's one was a real piece of work. Imagine this, the bus is filled with people, filled to the front of the bus. And I, standing, trying to balance myself and prevent myself from falling down and making a total fool of myself, had people on my left and right. Everytime the bus stops or slows down at a traffic light, this little woman (I say little, 'coz she was way tiny, height-wise, but she took a whole lot of space 'coz of her horizontal size) on my right, would start leaning on me. And when the bus finally stops, she'd still beleaning on me. WHAT THE HELL??? HELL-O?? Woman?! I'm not a wall y'know??? I know I'm tall and all, but you don't have to treat me like a piece of concrete thank you very much.

I like my personal space, as most of you already know. I mean, with friends and family it's fine. But a total stranger??? Esp when she's a middle-aged little woman who puts waaay too much black eyeliner.

I hate stupid people.

I had the oddest dream last night.

I dreamt I smoked.

And the weirdest part was, it was my older brother who gave me the cigarette. And I smoked stick after stick after stick. And I remember thinking, "Shit, after trying to avoid smoking, here I am smoking now." And I was regretting smoking.

I guess I'll really never be a smoker. Even my subconscious is telling me not to.

I was always tempted to. Not 'coz of peer pressure, if it was so, I would've smoked a long time ago. But I've always wanted to smoke, 'coz of curiousity, and stress.

But no, I promised myself I'd go through, (sigh), life without so much as a puff. And I'm going to keep to that.

Solemn.

My life feels so unfulfilled. I feel so half-hearted. Like there's no reason to live anymore.

Sure there's the good food that satisfies your taste buds and gives you the feeling that it's great to be alive, but eating can only do so much. We're only restricted to the capacity of our stomachs and our wallets.

What is the point of living actually? If we go about with our daily routine each and everyday. Once in awhile, doing something spontaneous and something out of the ordinary. But how many times does that happen? To me, rarely.

Suicide has been on my mind ever since I was in Primary school (I'm crazy, I know). But I'm too chicken to do anything to myself. I'm too afraid of slitting my wrists, stabbing myself, or even shooting myself in the head. I'm afraid of pain. Eating pills have crossed my mind, but I hate being sick too. I can't jump off a building, 'coz I'm afraid I'd not die from the fall and end up paralyzed. I've got other suicide ideas, but I shan't bore you with the rest.

Don't worry, I really won't ever commit suicide. I don't dare to. So if you ever hear of me, dead, 'coz I committed suicide. Know that I didn't. 'Coz I'd never do that to myself. NEVER.

So I'll be continuing living my life, as per normal. Whatever "normal" is. Boring, stale, disinteresting, life.

I wish I were rich. Maybe I could try out skydiving.

I finished all my classes at 12noon, but didn't go home till 8:30pm. I stayed back to catch up on work. Ha, yea, you heard me right.

When I came through the side entrance of my condo, I bumped into my neighbour's daughter-in-law and her lil' son, Chester. He said the cutest thing to me. Imagine all this in baby language. "Buy gerry!! Buy Yagkuld!!" Translation: "Buy Jelly!! Buy Yakult!!". Haha, sooo cuutte..

Nat smsed me just now. This afternoon she was telling me about her hamster being raped by her bro's hamster. I didn't know one was female whilst the other was male. Turns out, the female gave birth to 5 babies today. What do you call the young of a hamster anywayz? Hamlings?? Ham?? I'll try to find out next time.

But I really didn't expect this to happen. My lil' sis's fat hamster always gets raped. "Squuueeek!" Oh gawd, seriously, do it in the house at least. It's there for a reason. I think the rapist is gay. But seriously, the raped hamster's so fat I tell you. Like one big fur ball. One stinky fur ball. Is he that desperate that he'd fuck that fat bastard?? Good gawd, that's sad...

I'm in the midst of writing a short story. I don't know how, but for some God-given miracle, I've gotten my writing streak back. I haven't written a poem / short story in damn long. I'm glad it's back. It helps relieve stress...

Stress, argh, stress...

Now it makes sense...

I just saw the 'Eye For A Guy' commercial on tv. It's this new local dating show, starring Rachel Lee. Yea, that FHM model. She has to pick 1 guy from 10 (I think). Kinda like 'The Bachelorette'. And surprise surprise, guess who's one of the lucky bachelors... None other than Mr CLEO Bachelor 2004 himself. Well, I guess we all know who won then huh...

I asked my brother abt the "famous" 'Rachel Lee', and all he had to say was, "Chin-a looking.." and "...all she's got is a bikini body, that's it." I haven't actually seen her body, so I can't judge on my own. But her face ain't too pretty. What's the big fuss about? I guess I have to watch the show and see what she's really made of.

I love 'America's Top Model'. I think Adrianne and Elyse will be in the top 2. I hope at least. Nicole got eliminated!! No!! She's so pretty. Damn her gawd-for-saken-supportless boyfriend. Wasted. She would've been my top 3 choices. I think Kesse looks quite similar to Tyra Banks. But of course, Tyra wins hands down. But I think all their photos that came out of the photo shoots were totally cool. Woar...if only Singapore photographers were this talented.

I am enlightened... Beauty is an art, it's not all black & white.

I forgot to mention in yesterday's entry, that I saw Mr CLEO Bachelor 2004 yesterday too. I was at Alameen with Gek Puay, Diana and her friends, when I saw Mr CLEO walk in. He was hand-in-hand with a girl. Diana's friends recognised her as 'Rachel Lee'. Apparently, she's a FHM model. I wouldn't know personally, though I really didn't think she was all that. She's a lil' above average, lookswise, but not all that model-ish. I guess I still have this perception on models being all drop-dead-gorgeous etc. Maybe that's why I don't have that much confidence in myself being one.

My bro and his girlfriend made Pretzels today. From scratch might I add. And it was delish! I tried both the salted kind and the Cinnamon sugared, and both were yummy. I ate 3. Beats 'Aunty Anne's' anytime.

My cough is worsening. Out of breath at times. I found it quite hard to express myself, esp on the phone. I hate being sick.

I blame myself for not drinking enough fluids. Sleep, however, should've been enough. I slept for 12 hours plus yesterday. Making up for the times I lacked of it I guess.

My dad's sleeping on the couch. My mom complained that his coughing was disrupting her sleep. Well, my dad hasn't been getting a good night's rest either. What happened to the "in sickness and in health?" part of the marriage? My mom's so insensitive sometimes...

Poor dad...

Was busy at work today. Main task: Making sure all items in the store had price tags on. Pfft, have you seen the store? There's something everywhere. And lil' ity-bitsy things here and there. Plus, most of the items DON'T have tags, so there were tons to do. I managed to complete like 1/5 of the store by the time I ended work. Looks like I'd be busy finishing up the rest of it next week.

The highlight of the evening was watching this drunk-underaged kid outside of China Black.

Funny shit. At first, he was just zig-zagging all over the place. Then, he fell on the floor on his ass, and sat beside the road. This was, btw, in front of a police car. The officer didn't arrest him though, 'coz he wasn't making any trouble, just the usual drunk. Stupid kid. He raised his voice and said stuff like, "I'm drrrunnnk laaaaaaaaa". Pfft, yea, we can see that dude.

So anyway, I need serious sleep time. I've been only getting 5 hours of sleep everyday this week. Sometimes even less. And I need serious partying to DEstress. From what you say? I don't know... Just need to. PLUS!! I have an unopened Tequilla bottle just calling out my name. Jose Cuervo, my fav brand.

I've noticed I'm getting more and more broke each time I look in my wallet. It's empty all the time! Okay, not empty empty la... But close enough. Like now, I have, 15 cents. Wow, I can, like, buy....nothing... I keep redrawing money from my bank account and each time I look at the remainding amount, I feel a stab in my chest. Where did my money go? Crap la, I need to cut down on food. Like today... I ate waaay too much. *groan* My poor tummy.

So tomorrow I'm planning to go visit my gramps. I haven't seen them in a month I think. I've been busy with school and work and all. I want to spend time with them, but I don't even have time for myself sometimes. So anyway, if my parents go, I'd follow them to my grandma's place. Hopefully she's cooking tomorrow.

If I don't get to go tomorrow, maybe I'll hit the tennis courts. I'm going a lil' rusty from the lack of practice. So we'll see what happens tomorrow. Hopefully, I'd get to do both. *Crosses fingers*

Tinkerbell told me today that she reads my blog and asks why I sound so sad all the time. So today's entry, ladies and gents, will be a HAPPY entry!

Btw, I recently found out that 'Tinkerbell', the pixie character from Peter Pan isn't spelled as I've always spelt it. Apparently, it's spelt as 'Tinkerbelle'. Yea, okay, I much prefer to stick to my version. It's nicer.

So I went to meet Sid in town after school today. I was an hour late. Sorry dearie. Rain and traffic got in the way. But no worries, we spent the whole early evening talking about...stuff... And later at night, we met up with Ivan, Kenneth, Bi Zhen and Jere. Priscilla (Bi Zhen and Ivan's friend) and co., joined us at PotBlack. I missed playing pool. I thought I was sick of it, but nope, wasn't. Midway the whole thang at PotBlack, Diana called Jere. She told us to meet herself and Wilfred at Orchard Towers, 4th floor, so we did. Apparently we were going to see strippers. Haha, yea, you read right.

Turns out, min age requirement was 18 for gals, 23 for guys. So Jere and Wilfred both couldn't get in. ID check. So all 3 girls went into the pub/bar/mini club without escort, to get Wilfred's friend who worked at the bar. So HE came out, talked to the bouncer and we all went in. Oh, did I mention it was 'Transsie night'??

No strip show, just Transsies struting their stuff, looking for potential fuckers. Some went on the so-called "stage" and danced a lil'. Jere was counting on them to strip. He didn't say it, but I could tell.

The whole thing was quite an experience. I've come out of it, enlightened. I actually wanted to go up to the prettiest Transsie in the club and tell her...or him...no...her...that she was beautiful. I wanted to, but you know me, I chickened out. Hey! I wanted to come home in one piece, thank you very much. But on a serious note, you wouldn't believe how pretty these transsies are. I'd have to say probably 70% in the room were as gorgeous or even more gorgeous than women ourselves. Some look like models I tell you. They're tall, pretty, slim, and have big boobs. What else could a man want? Oh, maybe the fact that they have PENISES would scare them off. Yeap, probably so.

That made me wonder, do these Transsies cut off their dicks? When they've already gone through such a transformation, you'd think they would've. But we wouldn't know. And what's the proper term for people of these gender issues anyway? Transexuals right? But what do they like to be called and call themselves then? 'Transsies' just sounds crude. Hmm... I'm just curious.

Maybe one day, if I get enough guts, I'd go up to one of them (a pretty one of course) and ask them all about this issue. I'm really curious, I really am. I have so many questions I tell you...

I also can't understand how the men who were in the pub/bar/mini club could take the fact that they were going to fuck or BE fucked by a guy (in the matter of actual gender). Isn't that gay? Are these guys gay? Or are they stupid and think that these "women" just have strangely low voices? Why fuck a Transsie if they could fuck a real woman in Geylang? Too low class issit?? Hmm, maybe they're right, Geylang IS kinda tacky. Or maybe... These Transsies look even better than the real thing that the men much prefer the fact that they DO look better and don't mind the "used-be-be-guy" part. Huh...

Oh, I just realised. This entry isn't as "happy" as I promised. Mmm... Okay..

HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY
HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY
HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY
HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY
HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY
HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY
HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY
HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY
HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY
HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY

Is that enough 'happy' for ya Tink? Nah, just kiddin'. I can't fight with my way I'm feeling or thinking. If my entries sound sad, so be it. Life's sad anyway... I'm just trying to live it the best I can.

Just got back from Zouk.

No no... No clubbing. I just went for the CLEO Bachelor event.

Most of the "bachelors" were eh. But I think the guy who won the title totally deserved it. Too bad he's gay. That's what I heard la.

Bumped into a few people today. I actually went with Sara, Maddie, Sidney, Diana, Shu Ping and friend. Then after the event, we ran into Gek Puay. Then when we were leaving, I bumped into Woan Ting (sorry I couldn't stop to chat, had to rush off). She's my secondary schoolmate. My cousin was there too. He was there to "sort-of" pass off his title of last year's CLEO Bachelor to this year's. I didn't realise till today that he's friggin tall. Good gawd Josh, seriously... Jess, I hope you won't be as tall as him. Not very good to be too tall, especially when you're a girl, and you live in Singapore. ... ... I know...

Shu Ping's friend said something about my cousin when he was on stage, not knowing that he was my cousin at that point of time. It wasn't a very nice remark. And I did take it to some offense, 'coz I was so glad Josh won the CLEO thing last year. How cool is it to have a cousin win a competition like that huh? It's waaay cool... And to have someone mock him, I felt offended. That's my cousin up there!! He won this title last year. I was so proud of him, and here was a guy mocking him. It just wasn't very nice.

I have alot more to say about this, but I know somehow it'll get back to Shu Ping and friend. So I shall restrict myself.

Other than that, I enjoyed myself to a certain extend. The singing performances were superb. The guys who sang "Senorita" by Justin Timberlake, totally pulled it off. Kudos guys... The dancing performances were a lil' weird. Seeing guys dance to "Me Against the Music" by Britney Spears, was...off. Just imagine...ugh...

Knew a few guys up on stage.

Desmond: Gek Puay's friend. I don't know him, know him. Just met him once or twice. He was up on stage with some of the girls from the audience. He and his fellow bachelors had to allow the girls to lick their bodies clean of whipped cream. It was...hysterical... The poor guys who had to ta-han the ugly or fat girls licking their bodies. Eeee...

Wayne: My cousin's neighbour. Josh and Jess. It was so weird seeing him on stage. I saw him grow up (he's older btw). He was so skinny back then, but he put on a lil' since then. He, had to answer this question: What kinda guy are you? Legs-guy? Boob-guy? etc... Basically, which part of the girl do you like best? His answer: "TNA" In translation, he means "Tits-aNd-Ass". Honest answer, I had to give him credit on that... But after he gave his answer, all the rest of the guys after him, said the same thing, 'cept the last guy. Fuckers, no bloody imagination. Be more original dudes.

Some other guy who's name I forgot: This guy, I later discovered after leaving Zouk, knows me through a classmate from NP. I was surprised to hear him call my name. He first called Sidney's name, then realising he knew me too, he said mine right after. I was puzzled. How did this guy know my name? Who the hell is he?? Then he elaborated our meeting last time, and it all came back to me. 'Cept his name.

Ian: He doesn't know me personally, but he's from my Secondary school. My senior. He's kinda interested in a friend of mine. He isn't too appealing. But I remember he has a nice singing voice, I think. Or maybe I got him mixed up with some other senior. Oh well...

Too bad none of them won. But like I said before, the guy who did, totally deserved it. During the whole event, he showed spontaneity, and his personality just shined. You can tell this guy's fun. He's cute too. The photo in the mag DID NOT do him any justice. He's a lecturer somemore. Quoting Maddie: "Lucky fuckers!!!" His students were there cheering him on. So were a handful of guys who were presummingly his friends. From where I was standing, they all seem like guys, so maybe the "gay" rumour is true. Huh...

So anywayz, I didn't stay on to club 'coz I've got school tomorrow. And I should get some rest. I'm sick, tired, and weak. I hope during this time I'll lose appetite and lose some weight. I'm getting flabby. I'm lazy to tone up in a gym, so cutting back on food will force my body to look for fats somewhere else. I learnt this from someone else's experience. Sara, Madd and Di should know who I'm referring to. I don't know if I'd be able to resist the temptation of eating. I luuurve food... I luuurve eating... Damn... Restraints!! Restraints!!

Night!

BUFFY'S BACK!!!

The first episode kept me on the edge of my seat. I think 'Buffy the Vamp Slayer' is very well filmed and edited. Kudos to the director. Same goes to the scriptwriters too. Surprises were coming out of everywhere. Expect the unexpected. It's just grrreat... Love this show. Too bad it's their last season.

I feel crummy. People have been buggin me left and right. Strangers I mean. Maybe I'm PMSing, I don't know.

This one girl on the bus was standing next to where I was sitting. For some gawd-knows-what-fucking reason, she stands real close to me, with her damn book right in my face. Probably an inch away from my nose even. Bloody fuck!!! I wanted to just grab the damn book and slam it again and again on her gawd-damn face! But I didn't. Instead, I just tried to strrrongly hint to her. Lucky thing, she got the hint and moved her book away. And for a second or two later, her boobs were right next to my cheek. ... ... Is this girl gay or something? Do I give off this "Hey! Look at me! Look at meh! I'm lesbian! Put your boobs near my face!" I hope-to-gawd I don't.

*Loud sigh* Okay, deep breath... I think it's my flu. It's getting to me. It's getting to my head.

*Mumbles* Just the flu...just the flu...

I'm no longer debarred.

Had that meeting with the school board. It was alright... There were two other people present besides my dad and I. One of 'em was my SN lecturer last semester. Mann...I did NOT expect to see him there. But all went well, I'm back in my modules. Just that I have to go for all my classes now, and I can't be late. Pfft, like that'll happen. I'll still skip my morning lectures (I got someone to cover for me), and try to get to classes on time.

I'm sick. I knew I was falling ill last night already. I think I caught it from my dad. I couldn't stop sniffing the whole day. And the weather doesn't help.

So I'll be working tomorrow. Yes, on a Wednesday. Right after classes, I'll be rushing down to work. Have to be there by 3:30pm. But I think I'll be going to City Link first to pick up a nice planner. I so need one. I need to keep track of appointments and stuff I know I can't remember. Plus, all the writing on foolscaps to remind me doesn't help. It's everywhere, but all folded up, so I don't even bother to open them up to check what I'd written down, so that's useless. I still write stuff down tho. Photographic memory is better than nothing yea?

I need to get well. I hate being sick. Sniff sniff sniff. Argh, so annoying.

Where's that tissue?

I feel sick.

So many things have been going on. One thing after another.

I'm still tired from working on Sunday and returning home later than I expected. Long story. Then I went to school today at 10am. Not too bad right? Wrong!! I was 45 mins late. Why?? 'Coz I missed the fucking bus at 9:55am. And I waited 15 mins for the next freakin' one. I missed the 184, which meant I could still take the 75 (I could only take 2 buses to school), so waiting waiting waiting. No 75. Another 184 came, I boarded and headed to school. Traffic wasn't all that bad. So I reached the bus stop opposite of school at about 10:30? I saw one of my classmates at the same bus stop right about to cross the bridge, so I walked with him. Then he decides he wanted to smoke. That took 10 mins. So we got to class at 10:45 sharp.

It was practical and my teacher was seriously PMSing man... She refused to let us join the class till we gave her a written excuse for being late. I wrote "Missed the 9:55am bus" and handed it up. Then she gave it back to me, and at that point, I was like, shit, she's gona kick me outa class, but no. "Write your student number, date and the time you came in" in a strong Indian accent. *Whew*

So I had classes from then to 7:30pm, with some breaks inbetween. Got home a little after eight and am feeling totally worn out. I'm not used to this whole "wake-up-early" thang. It's not me. I feel extra exhausted at the end of the day but sleep at normal time. Why? I don't know... Just is...

How did time pass so fast? Watching tv was so blissful, so stress-relieving... I need a holiday...

So anyway, besides classes, there's the school work. Work... I hate that word. Even my job is beginning to drain my energy. Seriously, I'm going to die young from exhaustiong. I'm not kidding, thus the word seriously. I guess dying would be quite blissful too. Wonder what heaven's like?

School, work, social life. I'm jam packed with too much to do, and I'm a relaxed person. I can't deal with these kinda situations, esp not all at once. Something's gotta give. Unfortunately, it's going to be my social life. Sorry to do this my dearest friends, but y'all have to do w/o me for awhile. Keep me updated with stuff tho, I wanna know what goes on. So next week's going to be strictly school and work. And some "me" time. I need it.

Tomorrow's my meeting with the school board. Wish me luck!

'Dirty Dancing 2' beats 'Honey' hands down.

'Honey' was such a disappointment. The story was lame, the dancing was a lil' better than o-k (tho you could tell Jessica Alba isn't a professional dancer) and at times they play totally "off" songs. It's supposed to be hip-hop movie right? But in some parts, they play those kinda "happy la-la-la" kinda songs. So, off... 'Dirty Dancing 2' on the other hand, is one of the better movies I've seen this year. The dancing was awesome and I just loved the music. There's an actual story behind it, based on a true story might I add. This movie is a recommended watch.

'Honey' only has the Jessica Alba aspect, whereas DD2 is somewhat the opposite. The actors aren't the most goodlooking in the business, but good enough. Story wise, like I said, DD2 is waaay better. So if you wanna spend your $8.50 on a movie and had to choose between the two, pick "Dirty Dancing 2".

I miss Salsa Dancing...

Met with my Mentor today. Told her my reasons for missing classes: Oversleeping. Looks like I have to meet with the school board next week to tell them the same thing I told her, and in front of my dad. Shit, this is going to get me in deep shit. My dad's going to lecture me everyday for a week, I know that for sure. No going out for a week.

Now the thing is, will I be able to gain sympathy from the board? I doubt my reason is valid enough for them to accept me back into the modules. Plus, I live near the school, so my excuse for living too far is out. But there is that traffic aspect. Sometimes I take up to 30 mins just to get to school, and that's the truth. The traffic here IS killer, esp during school hours. I'm not the only student living in Bt Timah y'know. Hmm... Maybe I'll drop that fact into the discussion. I just hope *crosses fingers* that I don't have to re-do these modules. My dad won't be too happy...

My parents have been on my back since we found out that I had to go to Normal Academic 'coz I did badly for PSLE. My Chinese marks pulled all my other subs down, so yea. My dad told me he wasn't too happy that I had to take 5 years instead of 4 to finish secondary school. You think I was? Pulezze... I wanted to get out of secondary school as fast as I could. But what to do? MOE was punishing me for not being more Chinese-orientated. But that's in the past. This is now. Just hope everything pulls through.

I got debared from 2 modules.

Whoop-dee-fucking-doo!

I have to go meet my Mentor tomorrow. To "talk over things" and to arrange for a meeting with the school board to allow me to re-enter the modules. Yeap, other than that, the day has been fine and dandy!

I need to destress...

Where's my Tequila bottle?

I love photography.

It's just such a beautiful piece of art.

I wanted to take a picture of the sky today. The moon was covered by surrounding clouds and the grey of the night just glowed in the sky. It was beautiful...

Unfortunately, I wasn't able to capture it 'coz I don't have my mothafucking digital camera YET. My bro has his IXUS 400, but I want my own!!! Plus, I don't know how to capture this night shot at such a distance. Do I use flash? 'Coz the flash can only reach at a certain distance, and from here to the moon, it's pretty far...

I don't know the fundamentals of photography, but I'm willing to learn. All I know is focusing, zooming, composing, and clicking. Basics of basics. Oh well, I guess I'm just gonna be stuck with memories of missed-shots and potential art.

High-tea's cancelled. I kinda knew it'd happen, but at least I gave it a shot.

So anyway, I had school from 9am to 7:30pm today, but as usual, I overslept (intentionally) and went to school at 3pm. I got back 2 papers - MPI and French. Failed MPI, got 43/100. Oh well... I'm not going for the re-test tho, 'coz I'm not going to waste time on trying to get another 2% for my overall grade. Even if I do well for the re-test, it'd only be capped at 50. So what's the point? I might as well try to do better in other areas to make sure I pass the whole module ya? This test is only 20% of my overall grade afterall. So, I've only got 8.6% of my overall grade for this one module. Just hope I'll do better for when the exams come. So French was alot better. Got 31/40. Is that an 'A'? I don't know... Tomorrow I'll be getting back another paper. Hope that goes well *crosses fingers*.

My plan tomorrow: I'm either going to be catching a movie with a friend or two or slacking at home. We'll see...

I end school super early tomorrow. 12pm. It's like once in a blue moon that I get to end super early. Planned to go for high-tea with the girls, but that's scraped. So I'm either going to be going out right after school or going home and slack the day away. I hate going home, slack, then go out again. Y'know, you just start adjusting to its laziness and your slackness would just stick.

What's up with the weather?? Rain sucks. Especially when you're out. If you're at home, toasty warm, sleeping, then it'll be great. If not, eh. I saw on the news that a few places around Singapore were flooded a foot deep. Woar... No joke dudes and dudettes. It's beginning to feel alot like Indonesia.

I watched the America's Top Model thing on Channel 5 just now at 10. It was cool seeing all those model wannabes just being glammed up and all. It makes me wanna be a model even more. Didja see their photos from the shoot? Wo... Mod-el!! Tyra Banks is da bomb too!! Goodness... Now, SHE really deserves her title as 'Super Model'. I mean, look at her! Kudos babe! For just being so gawd-damn beautiful.

Sigh, I hate being mediocre.

SUNBURNT!!!

Grrreat... Now I'm red all over.

I really didn't expect to get tan today. I mean, the sky looked cloudy this morning so I really doubt I'd get a tan, let alone sunburned. This is just great. There's school tomorrow and I'm going to be glowing red. Perfect!

Siloso beach was filled with people from end to end. Everywhere, beach volleyballers, beach soccer, tanners, and runners. Yes, runners. There was a NTU event today. A Biathalon in fact. Bi Zhen's friend even won 1st runner-up for the mixed event. She even won the Surf Babe title too! Woar, 400 bucks worth of goodies, how cool is that? Lucky girl...

But anyway, Diana and I were just bumming around the beach. We didn't even actually tan. We walked about the beach and hung near the stage area. But the sun got to us. I went home blackened, while she was redified.

We left the beach and headed to town to have dinner. Then I went to meet Bi Zhen, Mark and Ivan. Jere and Gerald joined us later. Mark left first, then Bi Zhen, Ivan and I shared a cab back. Jere and Gerald stayed in town.

I wanted to get home before 10pm 'coz 'Erin Brokcovich' was on. This show's amazing I tell you. One of my all time favs.

So anyway, I just bathed, lotioned up, and am getting ready for bed. Just gona check in on some blogs then I'm off. Till next time. Ta!

Hung out with the gang today. I so needed some destressing after my first paper. Oh, and about my first paper, I think I'll actually pass...

I did last minute cramming that my head was about to explode. But most importantly, I said a prayer before I took the test, and miraculously, I remembered these 3 formulas that I spent 5 mins before the test to memorize. It's a miracle I tell you, a God-given miracle.

So anyway, I thought I'd do a lil' bloggin before I head to school to do more mugging. I'm so late. I was supposed to be in school by 1 plus...Aaaannd it's now 3:01pm. Ok ok! Bye!
